Please note: We're doing this in our spare time! So if you make an order over the weekend, or we're on holiday, or we're lying in our own vomit, passed out in a gutter somewhere in Paris, then your order may not be processed the same day. Please be patient, this ain't no normal business.
Order Process
- You order online via our website.
- You will get an auto-confirmation email from us, containing your Order ID.
- You will get an auto-confirmation email from Protx, our payment partner.
- We receive details of your order.
- Normally we pass these details onto a fulfillment company but we no longer have one. So until we find a new partner, as a temporary measure, we are currently processing orders ourselves. Turn-around times may vary.
- Carrier collects bulked orders from us, once a week (normally a Thursday).
- You receive the game, put on the EVIL Balaclava and then phone your friends to arrange a session.
We're working hard to make our order process more 'automated', quicker and easy for you, the customer, to find out what's going on.
Carrier Delivery Times
- Games are delivered via a signed for service in the UK and Europe.
- Please provide a daytime delivery address and a contact telephone number.
- If delivering to a commercial address, don't forget your company name.
Unfortunately these times are estimates until the order process becomes automated again.

Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund right up to the moment of dispatch. Please contact us, quoting your order ID. If your game has already been sent to you and you want a refund, you may do so within 14 days, but you must bear the cost of returning it to us. The game must be unopened and as good as new.
Damaged Goods
Despite our best efforts, occasional games have been damaged in transit. If you notice damage to the outside box please make sure it's noted when you sign. If you discover the damage after you've signed for it, take photos and get in touch. We'll replace it as soon as we can.
